Mesmen was incorporated in 1987 by Jean Menard & Doris Hancock to sell & service commercial grade laundry equipment along with providing parts for hotels, motels, hospitals, nursing homes, restaurants, jails, condos and other service industries in South Florida, as well as export. Doris and Jean built Mesmen with honesty, integrity and hard work. After Doris’s passing in 2006, Jean continued to build the business by bringing in their son, David and granddaughter, Melissa Hancock to help manage the business growth. Since Jean’s passing in 2018, David and Melissa continued operating a successful family-owned full service business to this day.
